Overnight Oats

Vanilla Overnight Oats

1/4 cup oats

1/2 tablespoon chia seeds

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 cup almond milk (optional whole milk)

*may want to add in 1/4 cup water depending on the consistency you want*

Optional add in:

1/2 tablespoon honey to sweeten

1/2 tablespoon peanut butter

2 oz plain yogurt

A diced up date is a nice topping.

Ingredients

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a jar. Mix then put in fridge. Eat the next day or whenever you want to. Lasts up to a week in fridge.
